Welcome to OtterWaterCo, LLC. By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 

1. Use of Website

You may use this site for informational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content on this website without our written permission.

 

2. Quotes & Pricing

All quotes provided are based on the results of our water test and/or home inspection. Final pricing may vary based on access, installation conditions, or changes in scope.

  • Instant Quotes from flyers or website are based on assumed local water quality and standard installs.

  • Final pricing is confirmed during your in-home visit.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

3. Installations & Service Appointments

We provide water treatment system installation and service by qualified technicians. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to:

  • Allow access to your home during the scheduled window

  • Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule

  • Confirm that all required plumbing and drainage are accessible and compliant

 

4. Product Warranty

OtterWaterCo honors manufacturer warranties and provides a standard 1-year labor warranty on all new installations, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Warranty exclusions may include:

  • Abuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications

  • Non-compliant plumbing or improper home electrical systems

  • Damage due to freezing, flooding, or power surges

Full warranty terms are available on request or on your contract.

 

5. Refunds & Returns

All water treatment systems are custom-installed and non-refundable once installed.
If you cancel before install and products have not shipped, a full refund may be issued. Any restocking fees from the supplier will be passed on.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

OtterWaterCo is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages caused by system failure or delays

  • Pre-existing plumbing issues or water damage not caused by our system

  • Damage caused by failure to maintain the system or follow instructions

 

7. Intellectual Property

All text, logos, images, and branding on this website are the property of OtterWaterCo, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

 

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
